‘Trending on Twitter’ has become a common household term in many parts of the world.
Tuesdays will look at what is currently trending on Twitter, offering a chance to explore what people all over the world want to talk about.

With the Kerrang! awards taking place on Thursday 7th June, Tweeters are talking about the Best British Band catagory.

Much to the dismay of many Tweeters, One Direction did not make the line up!
First published on 6th June 1981, Kerrang! went on to become the UK’s Best-Selling British music newspaper.
Following it’s success, 1993 saw the first ever Kerrang! awards take over our screens. This went on to become an annual event, attended by the rich and famous as well as the up and coming new artisits of today.

Formed in 2004, You Me At Six is currently made up of 5 band members, Josh Franceschi, Max Helyer, Chris Miller, Matt Barnes and Dan Flint.
Following their rise to fame in 2008 with their debut album, ‘Take Off Your Colours’, You Me At Six have been nominated for ‘Best British Band for the past 5 consecutive years, only managing to nab the title in the past 2.
